The website can be used for private use without any fees for use, and according to the Terms of Purchase stated below.

We ask the buyer/ visitor to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Use of the online shopping service before using the Website for the purpose of purchasing a brochure or obtaining information about an individual brochure.

By using the website to purchase or collect information about the products on it, the buyer/ visitor confirms that he is familiar with these General Terms of Use and that he agrees with them. In the purchase process, your consent to these Terms will be required and purchase without acceptance of the terms will not be possible. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees that the confirmation of the pre-contractual notice is delivered by e-mail to the e-mail address specified as a contact when entering your order or by mail to your home address along with delivery of the Product and invoice.

General provisions

These pre-contractual notices and general terms and conditions apply to notices for buyers and general terms and conditions of the online store (hereinafter: Webshop) of Travelis j.d.o.o., and form an integral part of the consumer/ sales contract which in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act is considered a contract concluded at distance. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer as a consumer in terms of the provisions of the aforementioned Consumer Protection Act a confirmation of the pre-contractual notice (General Terms and Conditions) in written or other durable medium available to the consumer, at the latest at the time of delivery of the product or at the latest on the day of the beginning of the service.

Registered user – registered visitor of the Website – buyer, can access other content at and give their comments (if enabled)

The buyer/ consumer/ who buys through this online store (User and Guest user) can only be a natural person of age (adult) with legal capacity to exercise rights or a legal entity that operates orderly.

The user is responsible for the correctness of the data provided for the purposes of using the website, i.e. purchase.

Webshop enables the purchase of goods (hereinafter: the product) through the Internet store on the website

Product prices are expressed in kunas (kn), and the cost of postage/ delivery is included in the price. Prices and other benefits that are in force on the day of placing the order are valid. The original invoice that you receive upon payment or delivery based on the general terms and conditions published on this page and confirmed when processing the order is valid, except for subscriptions where you receive a valid proforma invoice after the order. The order/ contract is concluded in Croatian, English or German. The concluded contract is stored in the Information-Supply Center Travelis j.d.o.o.

We deliver the goods from stock, except in the case of pre-orders when we deliver it immediately upon receipt to the warehouse, about which we inform the buyer during the preparation and issuance of the order.

If the shipment is damaged in transport and the damage is visible, please do not pick up such a shipment but contact the Customer Service (select the link for more information) to check the status of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one. IF THE BUYER DOES NOT ADVERTISE DAMAGE TO THE SUPPLIER AT THE TIME OF TAKING OVER THE PRODUCT, IT IS CONSIDERED THAT HE HAS TAKEN OVER THE PRODUCT WITH UNDAMAGED PACKAGING.

We reserve the right to exceptionally (partially) cancel the execution of the order in cases when we run out of ordered brochures or other products, if we find an increased risk of payment with the buyer, if the purchase order was not fulfilled in accordance with the general conditions or if there was an obvious error in the price list. In all these and similar cases, we will immediately notify the buyer, by letter or e-mail, of a possible deviation from the contract on our part.

The buyer can send his inquiries, comments, complaints and objections in writing, via e-mail or the Contact form directly from the website (

The seller will respond in writing to the consumer’s complaint within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Records of complaints will be kept by the seller in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

We Ship Worldwide

We deliver products from our online store via the HP courier service (Croatian Post). All received orders will be processed within 24 hours, and the shipment will be delivered within 3 working days in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, i.e. up to 5 working days to the islands. Products delivered to other European countries will be delivered within 7 working days. Delivery to other countries of the world will be made within 21 working days.

The deadlines for transfer/ delivery of shipments do not include:

  1. the day of shipment receipt (D)
  2. delay time due to incorrect and incomplete recipient address
  3. time of delay due to force majeure or traffic jam caused through no fault of the Croatian Post
  4. non-working days and days when delivery of postal items is not performed
  5. the duration of the customs procedure in the country of destination.

The delivery is free! 

The delivery price for B2B customers depends on the quantity of the products ordered and is agreed / calculated in the previous communication.


The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt of the subject of sale, of which, before the expiration of the specified period, he must notify the seller in writing so that the specified termination can be considered valid.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and is liable for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.


Books or other products should be returned in the condition in which they were at the time of delivery, in the original or sales packaging and packed in cardboard packages provided for that purpose, i.e. in transport packaging.

Packaging is considered to be any product regardless of the nature of the material from which it is made or used to contain, store, handle, deliver and present goods, from raw materials to finished products, from the seller to the buyer.

If on return of goods Travelis j.d.o.o. receives by the buyer damaged original packaging the company Travelis j.d.o.o. has the right to reduce the amount that is required to return to the buyer due to the required unilateral termination of the contract.

In case of unilateral termination of the contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we will refund the amount paid after we receive the refund of the item, which must be no later than 14 days from the date of the buyer’s statement on unilateral termination of the contract.

 For multi-part orders (e.g. brochure, road map, region map…) the entire set must be returned.

If the buyer pays the full or partial amount when picking up the package and there are no other debts to Travelis j.d.o.o., we return the total payment amount to the buyer’s current account. If the buyer has debts to Travelis j.d.o.o. for other orders we will reduce the total debt to Travelis j.d.o.o. for the value of the paid amount of the returned product.

The right to unilateral termination of the contract and refund is excluded in cases for:

Refunds after 14 days from the day of receipt of the package, i.e. the day of sending the termination of the contract

Damaged items and technical goods where the damage occurred after taking over the package.

Technical goods that do not have the original packaging and all accompanying contents and parts that the product contains.


Contract for the supply of magazines and periodicals

Audio and video recordings or computer programs – unpacked or open security seal unless it is a defective product.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery; such as cosmetics and dietary supplements.

The subject of the contract is goods that are made to the consumer’s specification or that are clearly tailored to the consumer.

With the return, it is necessary to send the completed form (select the link to open the form) and address it to the following address: Ulica Breznice 28, Margečan, 42242 Radovan, Croatia.


When registering a person as a Webshop Buyer, Travelis j.d.o.o. will ask the future Buyer to provide certain information about himself (personal data) such as: name and surname, residential address, address for sending the purchased goods (if different from the residential address), e-mail address, username and password (if he is already registered).

We collect data on Buyer’s orders and issued invoices (date of receipt and execution of the order, purchased products, prices of purchased products, final selection of order, payment method, delivery address, invoice number and date, code of the person who issued the invoice, etc.) and data on resolving product complaints; 

Travelis j.d.o.o. collects and processes personal data of the Webshop Buyer for the purpose of conducting a secure authentication of Buyers accessing the Webshop, realization of contracts for the purchase of goods or services, delivery of goods to the Buyer, communication with the Buyer, possible legal proceedings related to contract realization, resolving complaints.

Travelis j.d.o.o. specifically collects e-mail addresses of Users for marketing purposes (sending notices, newsletters about products, news and promotions).

Providing personal data is the decision of the Buyer or the User. If the Buyer or the User does not provide the required mandatory information for a certain activity that requires them, he will not be allowed to engage in such activity, because without this information the activity will not be technically feasible.

By concluding the Agreement, the buyer gives consent to the seller to use the personal data of the buyer for the purpose of entering personal data in the collection for the purpose of realization of the Agreement and their processing for marketing purposes.

The buyer has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time and request the cessation of further processing of his data for marketing purposes.

Travelis j.d.o.o. will not share the personal data of the Buyer or the User with other parties except in the cases specified in the following point and in the situation when the positive regulations require it:

  1. Goods delivery service providers.
  2. Webshop suppliers (companies from which Travelis j.d.o.o. orders goods) to pick up the goods and deliver the goods to the buyer.

The seller guarantees the protection of personal data of the buyer in accordance with the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act, and as detailed in the rules of privacy, personal data protection and use of cookies published on the seller website. The collected data is in electronic form and protected by an SSL certificate that encrypts the data and thus ensures that communication between the computer of the Buyer or the User and Travelis j.d.o.o. takes place over a secure protocol.

Travelis j.d.o.o. will receive all requests related to the rights of individuals regarding the processing of their personal data to the e-mail address or by mail to the address Travelis j.d.o.o. (attention of persons authorized to protect personal data), Ulica Breznice 28, Margečan, 42242 Radovan.

WEB shopping and billing system

Online sales via Webshop ( are performed by Travelis j.d.o.o.

The entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number data is protected by the highest security standards provided by the B-payment system for online credit card authorization in accordance with the requirements of cardholders and card brands and the PCI DSS standard. Credit card authorization and billing is done using the B-payment system for real-time card authorization and billing.

The B-payment billing system ensures complete confidentiality and security of your card data from the moment you enter it in the B-payment form. Card data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. The web store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. The isolated core independently transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.

Travelis j.d.o.o. undertakes to protect the personal data of buyers by collecting only the necessary, basic information about buyers/ users that is necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs buyers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives buyers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to do the job. All employees of Travelis j.d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy.

All payments are made in Croatian Kuna. When paying with your credit card, the amount in HRK is converted into your local currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the cardholders’ association. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.

By subscribing to the list of newsletter recipients, the buyer will receive a code to his e-mail address with which he gets a 20% discount on the purchase.


After reviewing the offer of items, the Buyer orders the product electronically after the selection based on the image and basic information about the product on the website.

By clicking on “add to cart” the selected product is saved in the consumer cart. The procedure is repeated until the selection is completed.

Clicking on the cart displays the contents of the cart that can be changed or removed from the cart. Upon completion of the selection of items, the system instructs the buyer to confirm the purchase, consent that he is familiar with these general terms and conditions, and the method and choice of payment.

 The products are considered ordered and the contract is concluded when the buyer goes through the entire billing process, and the seller delivers a confirmation of receipt of the order to the buyer. The Seller will deliver the order confirmation electronically to the Buyer.

 In the period from placing the product in the cart to the confirmation of payment, there is a possibility that the quantities of products are no longer available, which the seller will notify the buyer by e-mail, and the buyer then has the option to cancel the ordered product.

The seller is not responsible for the costs incurred by the buyer when browsing and searching the website (telephone, data traffic, etc.) or for any other costs that may occur when ordering or browsing or searching the website.


The Buyer undertakes to notify Travelis j.d.o.o. of any changes that may occur in connection with the change of residence after the date of concluding the contract or order within eight days at the latest.

These notices and terms of use are subject to change at any time. The buyer should check each time he visits the Internet store and get acquainted with the notices and conditions of use because the seller will not be responsible for the consequences arising from the change of Internet content.


The seller is liable for material defects of the product that he had at the time of the transfer of risk to the buyer, whether or not he was aware of it.

The risk of accidental ruin or damage to the product passes to the buyer at the time when the product is handed over to him or to the person named, other than the carrier.

 If the product has a material defect or it occurs within 6 months from the moment of transfer of risk to the buyer, the defect is considered to have existed at the time of transfer of risk to the buyer unless the seller proves otherwise.

 The seller is also liable for those material defects that occur after the transfer of risk to the buyer if they are the result of a cause that existed before.

 The seller will not be liable for material defects if at the time of concluding the contract they were known to the buyer or could not remain unknown to him, unless the seller claimed and stated that the product has no defects or has certain properties.

The seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act (OG No. 35/05, 41/08, 125/11). When the product does not have the necessary properties for regular use or does not have the properties and characteristics that are explicitly or tacitly agreed, or prescribed or the product is improperly installed and installation is included in the fulfillment of the contract of sale and other deficiencies in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act.

In accordance with the Law on Obligations, the buyer has the right in case of material defects to require the seller to eliminate the defect or the seller to hand over another product without defects or request a price reduction or submit a statement to terminate the contract.


European Internet Dispute Resolution Platform

All online and small retailers in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway are required to provide an easily accessible link to the online dispute resolution platform and e-mail address for the online dispute resolution platform (Article 14 of the Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013). The Dispute Settlement Body is an impartial third party that assists consumers and traders in resolving disputes amicably. Such a solution is usually cheaper and faster than court proceedings.


Disputes can also be resolved out of court in the case of conciliation proposals at an authorized conciliation center in accordance with the Conciliation Act and the Rules of the Selected Conciliation Center or at the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK). referred by the Consumer Protection Act.

The seller and the buyer will always try to resolve all possible disputes amicably, and if they do not succeed in that, the competent court in Varaždin has jurisdiction.

These pre-contractual notices and general terms and conditions have been compiled in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
