What personal data do we collect and why?
If you use the contact form for inquiries, you leave data that we need to be able to respond to your inquiry. We save the data received from the contact form for a calendar year and delete it after this period. After this period, data from the contact form will no longer be in our database.
If you would like to delete your personal data that you have given in the contact form before the above-mentioned deadline, please send us a request to delete your personal data on our contact form.

Purpose of the declaration
This declaration ensures that we collect, store and process personal data fairly, transparently and respecting the individual rights of individuals.
The purpose of this Declaration is in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, abbreviated GDPR, (mandatory from May 25th, 2018).

The processing manager makes sales through the web shop present on the www.travelis.hr page. The personal data that the Processing Manager encounters and processes in his / her regular business are collected in the data with consent, for the purpose of realization of the purchase and sale.

Declaration of protection and access to personal data and their use
Travelis j.d.o.o. undertakes, not to misuse personal data from the order form in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, and undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers / users, by collecting only necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary to meet our obligations, informs customers / users on how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers the opportunity to choose the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to do the job. All employees of Travelis j.d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy.
Personal data are all data that establish the identity of the customer (e.g. first and last name, email address, home address, etc.). Travelis j.d.o.o. will not pass on or disclose the personal data of its users to third parties, except in cases where this is expressly required by law and in which it is necessary to meet our obligations (e.g. delivery of the ordered goods). Inspection by the authorized services of the executive state power of the Republic of Croatia is excluded from the foregoing if investigative measures based on a valid judicial order are required.
With your registration you confirm the accuracy of the above data and give your express consent that Travelis j.d.o.o. in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, which may process the personal data provided in the form for the purposes of its own records and to provide notifications of our new services.
In the event of a change in the personal data recorded during registration (e.g. place of residence, delivery address), the buyer is not obliged to notify the change. In the event of a change that we have not been informed about, we are not liable for defects in the ordering or delivery of products.
